"skirt_around_belly" is very similar to the "skirt_lift" tag, with one minor difference. A "skirt_lift" infers the wearer had specific intent/desire to lift the skirt to flash his/her/its privates to the viewer or other subject(s) in the picture, whereas "skirt_around_belly" infers that the skirt is naturally in place above the "normal" wearing position. The skirt could (in concept) have been initially pulled up and left around the wearer's stomach, but as long as the hands are off the skirt, it qualifies for "skirt_around_belly". The wearer could be bent over and the skirt could be draped around the stomach alone (thus leaving the buttocks and/or sexual organs exposed for others to see.) In all cases though the skirt is NOT being actively/cognitively/purposefully lifted by the wearer or other living subject at the time of the 'snapshot'. The skirt is not being physically held up by a mouth, hand, or other appendage in any way. The skirt is naturally in place around the wearer's stomach, usually by the act of gravity. Small difference. But some people like to have the differentiation. Those people like seeing things revealed accidentally, in the heat of the moment, without thought, as if it were more innocently happening. Notice in the majority of the pictures tagged "skirt_around_belly" that there are no hands, feet, or mouths touching the skirt. Thus the blunt accompanying phrase "Hands off my skirt" is a good rule to judge by when tagging for "skirt_around_belly".
