you just can't imagine how much Lethe hates Nyx. She's an existential threat to her. Nyx is apparently the only one who is immune to Lethe's magic.

Thank you for the link. The problem is, I installed the game in the secured folder, there is no permission to read the data files. It's not possible... Do you know where I can download a savegame to join chapter 2 (all quests completed and next quest will be in Paris).

yes, if you don't have anything under \AppData\LocalLow\HachiGames\HailDicktator then your saves are gone.
She's not immune, she's her host, that surely mean she can't manipulate her mind in the dream. It's not hatred, just a clever way to make her unable to interfere. Usually, in this kind of story, the "one with their original memory" is a character who's in background, thinking of a way to convince the others while acting as someone else, abiding by the other reality presets. But here, she's a criminal in this "reality", so she's in prison and everybody think she's totally crazy, so when she has the chance to talk to someone, she can't think of convolute ways. And for Uncle Dick, I'm pretty sure he's aware of eveything. Aneris was clear, it's a trial. The events are part of Dick's knowledge about the future. Proof is nobody could have tempered with the guest's list without his consent, and Rue was on that list, with a background conform with a story she fabricated on a whim and her being totally oblivious of that fact . Dick obviously add her to the list because her faking her identity until Sarah and "Crystal" met the other girls was a condition leading to the Trial.
