It should literally just go on cooldown when its cancelled, its insane that despite me cancelling your ability it functionally has 0 negative repercussions for you.
Flashbang also had counterplay to it too and made it satisfying to bait out. But with hinder its just so flimsy that even if you bait it out its just whatever.

there's tons of techs like that depending on the map, anying with stair like architecture has potential for ball and doomfist slides... the more you know!
this works exactly the same on junkertown first point, the cogs that open the door, you can firebal into them, jump at the right time and then go vertical to the highground

i’ve been saying it for a while, change cassidy’s grenade to a molotov. it bursts on impact then sets a surface on fire doing DOT and catching opponents on fire just like dynamite but with the added utility of denying space. that’s fair and balanced and still gives the cass players some fun unique utility

I never really saw the problem with flashbang. It was hard CC, but it was a small range and allowed a lot of mind games & outplay potential for both the cass and the enemy player. I used to enjoy rolling towards a cass then I'd tap shift to hit the brakes just as he threw the flashbang (pointless, but fun). Mag grenade is the worst of all worlds -- lower skill, easier to hit and it _feels_ terrible to be stuck with.

Big let down on ball "rework" imo. They could've made Piledriver have no positional requirement. I'd gladly trade some ammo for a lil more dmg....but noooooo. If I wanted to help my team I'd play any other tank, but ball's whole identity is diving backline, harrassing and solo killing squishies. I don't think the change to AS is gonna matter that much in the current state of the game. Reeling in grapple might be okay just to get back up on ledges after a bad grapple or bad map geometry. Effing hate 5v5😂
The steam sniping is just sad, they aren’t even streamers they play for fun and they still resort to cheating to feel better. That and the other guy complaining after counter swapped 17 times. Just crazy to me.
